The brief

Vincent & Partners is based in London and York and currently has 20 staff. The practice has been through significant change in the last few years and is now recruiting new talent. They want to capitalise on the success they've had in York and replicate that in London and elsewhere. 

What we've done

We are working on a strategy and a plan that will focus resources and efforts on six key objectives in support of growth. This includes expanding the practice in London. 

We are also working on a refreshed website and on plan to take part in major industry events in 2025. The latter is a is a new departure for the practice and we are taking the lead to ensure the benefits of attendance are maximised. This involved developing Vincent & Partners’ event objectives and creating content for speaking engagements and marketing communications pre-event, during the events and post-event.
